 Charisse Jackson is the Blue Mystic Ranger, the Blue Ranger of the Mystic Rangers. She is the twin sister of T.J. Jackson, the Yellow Mystic Ranger, younger by two minutes. Charisse is a beautiful and bubbly girl, but has a "don't mess with me" attitude. Charisse claims to be the 'smart sibling', and often gets on her brother for being a bit carefree at times, which sometimes ends up in small arguements. As the Blue Mystic Ranger, Charisse bestows the spirit of the Mermaid, and her element is Water.
