Chris is the Blue Galactic Pirate Ranger and the second-in-command of the Rangers. In truth, he is the Fallen Celestial, Anael who is the Celestial of Grace.

Chris is the token lone-wolf even when compared to Jade . He is highly intelligent but often stays in the sidelines to allow the other Rangers the chance to shine. As the season progresses, Chris opens up more and shows how compassionate he can be as well as prone to anger and depression.
Biography:[]
Chris's life started on Earth where he grew up in San Francisco, California. He would enlist to serve in SPD and was a cadet and fought alongside the B-Squad Rangers during their final battle. He would continue his training on a distant colony that is attacked by Zangyack forces. Chris would be taken captive because of his youth and beauty while the rest of the cadets had been executed. Slavers would get their hands on him and just as they prepared to auction him off, Jade rescues him and kills the slavers. In her debt, Chris is the first of the Rangers to join her crew. The two of them would steal Zangyack treasures when they meet Leona , the infamous Lady Bandit, who was about to fall for an ambush. She is recruited, the three of them later meet the amnesic Mika and the disgraced prince Tomas.
