Leader of the Vage Gang, we see Dr. Ferox as a robotic-skeleton-like being with a tuxedo and wielding a big robotic claw. Compared to every one of his minions, Dr. Ferox is the only one who cannot leave Subspace, so he needs plenty of Enetron to escape. He sends down his henchmen Toran and Ironoid to destroy the Power Rangers and carry out his evil plans involving Enetron theft. He communicates with Toran by computer while he's on his missions. Ferox is intelligent, sinister, and cunning, and is impatient and despises failure. In the episode Ferox in Action, he gained enough Enetron to leave Subspace to get a Warrior Mode so he can fight the Rangers and conquer the world. In another episode City Under Siege, he gains an even more powerful Warrior Mode that overpowers the Rangers and allows him to absorb data from victims. After he is destroyed in the episode The Final Stand, what's left of him is a beacon that traces to a Galecon controlling him as a robot puppet the whole time.
