Power Rangers Destiny Strike is based on the interactive live-streamed tabletop role-playing game web series Power Rangers Day of Destiny for Toonwriter's Power Rangers series. It's loosely an adaptation of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers and Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. It's also a crossover with G.I. Joe and Transformers.

Allies[]

  • 2-XL: A toy robot that exhibited rudimentary intelligence, memory, gameplay, and responsiveness. One of the toy robots that was discarded was taken by Lord Drex, who used his powers to increase its artificial intelligence to that of Alpha-5 and become a loyal companion. As a matter of fact, at one point in the series, 2-XL also is given the ability to transform into a battle mode known as Ultraman 2-XL to fight alongside the Rangers. Voiced by Michael J. Freeman.
  • Power Daleks: Seven Daleks that are in the colors of the seven Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. At first, they were sent by Lord Zedd to exterminate the Power Rangers, but after they were beaten, they were permanently reprogrammed by Lord Drex to be the Rangers' allies and personal droids. Six of them are with the Destiny Rangers while the White Power Dalek stays with Lord Drex and 2-XL until the White Destiny Ranger would come.
  • Lord Drex: Traitor of the Skrulls. He did not mind being exiled from them, because he feels he's better off without them. For years, he felt at peace, yet he was lonely as well. One day, he met Dulcea on the planet Phaedos, who agreed to teach him how to fight like Zordon. She also told Drex that it wasn't enough simply being a shapeshifter. As years went by, Drex gained the wisdom and skills of a Ninjetti and an Eltarian. As a result, he became Lord Drex, and to repay Dulcea, he gave her a way to leave Phaedos and return without aging rapidly; a special teleporter. With it, she could teleport to a new base Drex set up on the planet Earth. The base was hidden in a quarry for long until it was found by what he seeks: A team of Rangers for his own to add to the Power Ranger family. Before that happened, and after Drex made his base, he gained an assistant by taking a discarded 2-XL Robot and gave it a vast increase in intelligence, making it become a loyal assistant to him. Once the Power Rangers Destiny Strike were formed, Lord Drex became their trusted and loyal guardian.

  • Vessel: At first, he was an enemy, fighting alongside Lord Zedd, Rita and their evil forces, his body to be a vessel for Dark Specter. Fortunately, he reformed upon talking with Zordon. But he was possessed by Dark Specter, who spread his powers to corrupt a bunch of Rangers. Though Dark Specter was defeated, and Vessel was resurrected as his own self in a brand new ninja warrior form, willing to fight alongside the Destiny Strike Power Rangers as an ally.
  • Alpha 55: The robot assistant of the Hyper Force Rangers and the latest futuristic iteration of the Alpha series robots. Voiced by Cynthia Cranz.
  • Zunar: Based on Zordon, design very similar to Master Control Program from Tron. Voiced by Bryan Cranston.
  • Alpha 1: The first of the Alpha series of robots made to assist Zordon. At first, he is a hardened warrior who believes that evil must be eliminated regardless of the methods used due to his programming. While he was at first committed to helping Zordon like in the old days by aiding the Power Rangers, he began to view Zordon as "weak" coming to the "logical" thought process that the sage's very inaction and moral standards is what has allowed Rita Repulsa and her forces to endure for so long and bring suffering to the universe. He then rebelled against his master, seeing him not as a friend, but an obstacle to be removed along with the Power Rangers as they attempted to stop him from murdering Goldar. One day, on his return, he fought the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Combat Chaos Rangers, but he was stopped, and permanently reprogrammed and upgraded by Zunar to be the ally to the Power Rangers Ninjetti.

Even after the explosion, Matthew's body was still there, but lifeless. After they got to know each other and agree to help one another when needed, the Cyber Enforcers took Matt's corpse to their headquarters and turned him into a brand new police robot cop, resurrecting his former human self in the process. As a result of their success, the Enforcers named him Cyber Enforcer Bludex, giving him the chance to not only redeem himself but also live a new life. Ever since then, he became partners with Annie Lawson as allies of the Power Rangers. Voiced by Dan Green.

  • Aerobeak: He was developed by Drake's parents to act as a best friend for their son, but knowing of the Darkness Overlords' mad scheme to imprison all Power Ranger worlds, they converted their lab into a secret base for their new Power Rangers team and programed Aerobeak to activate his hidden protocols as soon as he heard Drake utter his catchphrase. As expected, Drake awakened Aerobeak's new program, and he quickly guided him and Darrell onto a seat which quickly lowered them into the hidden lab. He then informed the two of their plight, and guided Drake after he gave Steel Morphers to Hank Aaron and Turbodrive, assisting their efforts in fighting the Mechanoid invasion.

      • Mr. Clancy: He is the Joe Team's presidential liaison and the true team leader, very much like General Flagg in the original series. He dresses in a black suit and is always wearing sunglasses, resembling the men in black.
      • Lt. Stone: Field commander. After foiling an attempted kidnapping by S.K.A.R. soldiers, both he and Sgt. Savage were approached by Mr. Clancy to form a new G.I. Joe Team.
      • Sgt. Savage: Master Sergeant Robert S. Savage, Jr. was the only character carried over from A Real American Hero, as he was part of the short-lived Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles subline. Savage is the "oldest" member of the team; he once had a wife and child.
      • Eagle Eye: Albert Salviatti is the team's sharp shooter. He has a strong rivalry with his former comrade-in-arms, the Silencer. He's referred to as "the guy who never misses". His codename was inexplicably changed in Season 2.
      • Black Dragon: Kang Chi Lee is the Joe Team's resident ninja and martial artist. He is from Hong Kong (as revealed in "The Search for Clancy") and has a history with a crime family from that area.
      • Freight: Omar Diesel is a former professional football player and the team's demolitions expert. Freight served in the U.S. Army before becoming a football player. He left football when he heard about the reformation of the Joe Team (as seen in "Crawling from the Wreckage" and "Winner Take All").
      • Harpoon: Jose Montalvo is a former Navy SEAL and the team's nautical expert (as seen in "Dawn's Oily Light"). He provides comic relief for the G.I. Joe team.
      • Mayday: Mayday is the lone female of the reformed Joe Team. She is an aggressive and determined skilled fighter and pilot.
      • Metalhead: Matthew Hurley is the team's communications and computer expert and hacker. He was the first person recruited to join the new Joe Team (as seen in "Summoning of Heroes"). He is unrelated to the Iron Grenadier member who was introduced in A Real American Hero line.
      • Quick Stryke: A former S.K.A.R. operative who defected to the Joe Team after the death of his brother Jonathan (as seen in "Point of Honor").
      • Red McKnox: A scientist of Scottish descent who designed most of the equipment used by the Joe Team.
      • Tracker: Tracker is an expert tracker recruited by Stone, in order to find Clancy. Tracker possesses extra-sensory perception (as seen in "The Search for Clancy").
      • Lakota: Tracker's trained wolf.
      • Short-Fuze: A member of the Joe Team, appearing only in the comic series. He is an expert in demolitions, unrelated to the original one from A Real American Hero series.
      • Tall Sally: A second female character appearing only in the comic series. "Sally" is a nickname short for Salindra.

  • Oozemen: Ooze creatures created by Ivan Ooze as his foot soldiers.
  • Ultra Emperor Venjix/Venjix Ranger: It was rebuilt once again, but by the mysterious Lord Vyce and reported with the corrupt power of the Morphin Grid on his behalf, now being Vyce's ally and creating the Cog Rangers to rival Drakkon's soldiers.

  • Diavlo: He is a being taken from the virtual dimension by Venjix and Lord Vyce to be a monster sent against the Rangers.

  • Lord Drakkon: An evil Ranger who used to work with Rita Repulsa (in the Boom! Studios MMPR comics). He pilots the Black Dragon.
  • Lady Merla: Also known as the Ranger Slayer, an evil clone of the alternate universe Kimberly Hart, made with Cadmus technology copied and developed by Superiac and Finster-5. Merla is an evil Ranger who serves Lord Drakkon. It wasn't long before she became his lover, bride and queen. She is best friends with Lady Pterazon. Ever since she married Drakkon, Merla became the ruler of France. Due to the good Ranger Slayer taking the Gravezord, Lady Merla was given a Kaiju-Jaeger Hybrid to pilot as her own Gravezord known as the Dark Gravezord.
  • Lord Tricer: The evil clone of Billy Cranston resurrected before becoming best friends with Lord Drakkon and Lady Merla. He became a billionaire with his inventions in Drakkon's world, rebuilding Angel Grove to Drago City, where all citizens would have to live and prosper, only to serve Lord Drakkon (Kinda like Aku in Samurai Jack). When the Billy clone agreed to pledge loyalty to Drakkon and his forces, he was willing to give him his Power Coin, but Drakkon told him to keep it, for he decided to enhance his powers, if he agreed to join him and that they could rule together. The evil Billy clone willingly agreed, and as a result, he became as powerful as Lord Drakkon. Enjoying these new powers, the evil clone decided to give himself a new name; Tricer, to Drakkon's approval. Tricer also invented his own lackey; an evil, blue version of Alpha 5 known as Beta 5. Tricer even perfected the Kaiju-Jaeger hybrids after the Precursors were wiped out easily by the Ranger Sentries. He pilots the Rhinoceratops.
  • Lord Rexxor: Jason Lee Scott from another universe, where he killed an alternate Lord Drakkon. After that, he, Trini and Zack ruled the world and thought of bringing order to it in a necessary way with the other Rangers, Zordon and Alpha opposing it. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom. It seemed that no one could stop them in that dimension, until they went face-to-face with the Power Rangers Hyper Force. It was a rough battle, but the three evil Rangers were beaten just as the dimension was facing erasure. Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora thought they were goners, but they woke up and found themselves in another dimension, one that is the home of the real Lord Drakkon. They were outraged and angered on seeing him at first, but they learned that he was different from the Drakkon they fought, for he not only had Lady Merla and Tricer at his side, but also he sees Rexxor and his companions as friends, and thinking that their powers and skills would be very useful for his team. So in a moment of deja vu, Drakkon convinced Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora to join him, Merla and Tricer as conquerors of the world. The evil Red, Black and Yellow Rangers weren't sure, considering how their Drakkon killed their friend. But Drakkon insisted that they need them, and that they could give them each a kingdom to rule over with powers beyond their wildest dreams. After asking the three newcomers to join, it wasn't until a moment later that Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora accepted his offer, and the six evil Rangers became best friends just the same as their goody-good prime counterparts are. And so, in Lord Drakkon's world, Rexxor is the ruler of Egypt. He pilots the Tyrannotitan.
  • Princess Tigora: Trini Kwan from another universe, where Jason killed an alternate Lord Drakkon. After that, he, Trini and Zack ruled the world and thought of bringing order to it in a necessary way with the other Rangers, Zordon and Alpha opposing it. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom. It seemed that no one could stop them in that dimension, until they went face-to-face with the Power Rangers Hyper Force. Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora thought they were goners, but they woke up and found themselves in another dimension, one that is the home of the real Lord Drakkon. They were outraged and angered on seeing him at first, but they learned that he was different from the Drakkon they fought, for he not only had Merla and Tricer at his side, but also he sees Rexxor and his companions as friends, and thinking that their powers and skills would be very useful for his team. So in a moment of deja vu, Drakkon convinced Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora to join him, Merla and Tricer as conquerors of the world. The evil Red, Black and Yellow Rangers weren't sure, considering how their Drakkon killed their friend. But Drakkon insisted that they need them, and that they could give them each a kingdom to rule over with powers beyond their wildest dreams. After asking the three newcomers to join, it wasn't until a moment later that Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora accepted his offer, and the six evil Rangers became best friends just the same as their goody-good prime counterparts are. And so, in Lord Drakkon's world, Tigora is the ruler of Siam. She pilots the Razortooth Cat.
  • Duke Mastados: Zack Taylor from another universe, where Jason killed an alternate Lord Drakkon. After that, he, Trini and Zack ruled the world and thought of bringing order to it in a necessary way with the other Rangers, Zordon and Alpha opposing it. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom. It seemed that no one could stop them in that dimension, until they went face-to-face with the Power Rangers Hyper Force.   • Prince Mekroz: Matthew Cook from an alternate universe. He, his commander Grace Sterling, and the soldiers of Promethea all are loyal to Lord Zedd and the evil alliance from their universe, which means they're completely against Zordon. They killed that universe's Zordon, along with its Thanos and ruled everything. But that was before a powerful Ranger-like being known as Cyberstriker killed the entire alliance, except for Matt, Grace and the soldiers of Promethea. They were all rescued by Zordonicus, because he sees great potential in them for his Regime. In fact, Matt would be perfect for the Regime Power Rangers, and they all pledged their loyalties to him. As a result, Zordonicus changed the alternate universe Matthew's name to Mekroz, and he willingly accepted it along with the new Green Ranger powers. Since then, he became best friends with Lord Drakkon, Lady Merla, Lord Tricer, Lord Rexxor, Princess Tigora and Duke Mastados. Mekroz is the true driver of the GRX. He pilots the Dark Dragonzord.
  • Zordonicus: An evil sage who appeared before Lord Drakkon, to his shock. He did so because he saw potential in him as a conqueror for conquest. He promised him powers beyond his wildest imagination, if he agreed to pledge his allegiance to him and a Regime he is forming. Drakkon willingly agreed, and as a result, not only were all of his Ranger Sentries back, he was given more Ranger Sentries. Plus, he was given a new lover; an evil clone of Kimberly named Merla and a resurrected evil clone of Billy, who he decided to name Tricer. Plus, using his powers, Zordonicus rescued Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora from their dying world. Delta 6 and Beta 5 also pledged loyalty to Zordonicus, willing to serve him like they do Tricer and the other evil Ranger conquerors. Zordonicus and his entire Regime soon joined Zarnak and Bandora's alliance and united their armies together. Human form portrayed by Marwan Kenzari.
  • Lady Pterazon: A Cadmus clone of Katherine Hillard, formerly a Pterodactyl Sentry. When Zedd and Rita first met Lady Pterazon, they were delighted to have her on their side in place of her traitorous, goody-goody counterpart. Her trademark Zord is the Killerdactyl.

  • Dark Goldar: Goldar from the World of the Coinless; Loyal servant and warrior to Lord Drakkon and his fellow conquerors.
  • Silverback: Goldar's resurrected brother.
  • Primatox: Scorpina's older, identical twin sister.
  • Finster 5: A cyborg version of Finster from the World of the Coinless. His body's cyborg parts are made up of the cannibalized parts of Alpha 5, who was slain by Lord Drakkon during the final battle of the Power Rangers. He was resurrected by Zordonicus, and he became obedient to him ever since.
  • Beta 5: Lord Tricer's devoted servant and lackey, willing to serve him, Lord Drakkon and Lord Rexxor. He and Finster 5 get along very well as partners. He tried to befriend Bloody Rachel but was tricked into being reprogrammed by Dr. Cranken who made him take the form of a huge destructive giant robot against the Super Millennium Rangers. Voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz.
  • Delta 6: Lord Tricer's devoted servant and lackey, and Beta 6's older brother, willing to serve him, Lord Drakkon and Lord Rexxor. Delta is a warrior robot, willing to fight alongside his fellow evil warriors; Dark Goldar, Silverback and Primatox.
  • Beta 7: A killer robot who is another one of Lord Tricer's devoted servants and lackeys, willing to serve him and his friends. Like Delta, Beta 7 is a warrior robot.
  • Nora: The adopted daughter of Lord Drakkon and Lady Merla after she killed and ate her abusive parents. She is loyal to Zordonicus's Regime through and through, especially to her new family.
  • Aerax: Lord Drakkon's new cyborg general. He wields a baton, and laser equipment that shoots mysterious light rays from the arms to attack.
  • Werewolverine: A werewolf with the same skills as Wolverine.
  • Lord Vyce: He is the main enemy of the Grid Buster Rangers and the main Rangers, being a being from an unknown place, but he can travel through the Morphin Grid and is responsible for bringing Venjix back. He has also become a rival of Lord Zedd and Lord Drakkon, taking them out of the way (but not eliminating them) to take the antagonism, being the great enemy of the rangers. For what is known, he took the Empire of Zartus subduing Eltar.
  • Malachite: He is a dark sorcerer whose past is unknown, yet he developed a feud with an internal Andros and joined Lord Vyce.
  • Queen Xaxious: She is the ruler of Planet X and the current leader of the Xiliens from Godzilla's dimension. She is associated with Vyce.
  • Forge Fitzwilliam: A former partner-in-crime of Edgin Darvis, Holga Kilgore, and Simon Aumar before he betrayed them to aid Sofina. Since Edgin's imprisonment, he's become the Lord of Neverwinter, gained great wealth and received counsel from Sofina. After Sofina was defeated in battle, the old Lord of Neverwinter declared Edgin's team heroes of Faerûn, and Forge is sent to prison. One day, Forge was busted out by Lord Vyce, believing him to be very useful.
  • Sofina: A Red Wizard of Thay with a focus in necromancy and "ties to Thay's tyrannical magocracy". Upon her resurrection, Sofina pledged her loyalty to Lord Vyce.
  • Zartus: Former Supreme Guardian of Eltar who was resurrected by Lord Vyce. When he learned that he was permanently replaced by a new, wise, and good ruler of Eltar, Zartus vowed vengeance on both the Power Rangers and the Eltarians who turned against him. Thus he became the advisor and guardian of Lord Vyce. Based loosely on Sonoi.
  • Zakan: One of Zartus's two best friends, who was exiled from Eltar for still seeking to destroy multiple planets and kill sentient inhabitants he deems unfit to exist to bring order to the universe through war. Based loosely on Sonoza.
  • Zorla: Zartus's lover, who was exiled from Eltar for the same reason as Zakan. Based loosely on Sononi.
  • Zaras: Yet another Eltarian exiled from the planet for the same reason as Zakan. Based loosely on Sonoshi.
  • Zanna: Zaras's lover, who was exiled from Eltar for the same reason as Zakan. Based loosely on Sonogo.
  • Zordak: Another Eltarian exiled from Eltar for the same reason as Zakan. Based loosely on Sonoroku.
  • The Anti-Grid Buster: A powerful evil Ranger created by Lord Vyce. Based loosely on DonKiller.

  • King Affron: The official but highly corrupt King of Zeotron. He willingly joined Zordonicus's Regime as a way of wanting to unite and rule all the five Kingdoms including his own. Eventually, he was beaten in a duel for the thrones and lost his crown and reputation since his own people turned on him. At first, he was the Silver Insectilord Ranger. But then, after an intense fight, he lost his Silver Ranger morpher and powers to a new, true Insectilord Ranger. Based on Racules Husty.
  • Lord MindWaveZ: A Cadmus clone of Lord Zedd and Dr. Mindbender with mechanical attachments and armor replicated from Shockwave. The clone is made by Gigatron, who becomes his partner and successor. Based on the villain of the same name from Worlds Collide: Battle for the Multiverse.
  • Ranger Sentries: Lord Drakkon's militia, humans who wear mass-produced Ranger-like armors that designate the specific functions of each solider.
