Power Rangers Operation Overdrive is ABC/Disney’s Company Limited's th entry into the Power Rangers franchise. Its theme is that of magic and family. Its footage was adapted from GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
Plot[]
Special Items called Relics have been appearing throughout Earth and each Relic has a special ability that can either be used for good or evil. To keep order, Zordon has returned and has enlisted the help of a special select group of adventures to become the Power Rangers Operation Overdrive to keep the Relics out of the hands of different groups of evil called the Dark Syndicate which include the Gordom Civilization lead by Lord Zedd, The Dragon Tribe lead by Moltor, The Dark Shadows lead by Kage and his warrior Kamdor and Miratrix, then finally the Fearcats. The Rangers are later joined by traveler who ends up becoming the Mercury Ranger to help secure the Relics. In a 1 hour Special, the Rangers encounter a being who tries to erase the Power Rangers from existence so a few rangers from the past help the Overdrive Rangers stop him. This see's the final appearance of Zordon in his human like form.
