Randal Duer was the Yellow Vehicle Squad Ranger of Power Rangers: Vehicle Squad, and the first second-in-command and member of the Vehicle Squad Rangers.
Personality
Randal is a cool boy but he loves cars crave to be a Race Driver in the future. He is the middle of his siblings Todd Duer and Katie. He is the best friend of Richard Quaid. He's frankly known by his team for making up nicknames for monsters. When he was five, his mother sent him to a self defense camp, and he returned at age 8. After that, Randal was great with a sword and was a master with a blaster. 10 years later, Randal bought his own car and moved Chicago, and ran into Richard by accident, soon to find out that they would be fellow rangers together. At age 19 he's the cool one of the group, yet the confident.

Randal no longer uses the Yellow Ranger powers, however he pass the powers to Sasha allows her to become the female Yellow Ranger. He later works with car mechanic.The Two Successors

Randal was 19-years-old and he was Caucasian-American and has black hair and blue eyes. He wears yellow t-shirt, black leather jacket, dark blue jeans and black sneakers and wearing the Yellow Vehicle Squad Uniform as usual.
