Shinobinba is a monster themed after a ninja and armed with the Seal Shadow Sword, created to serve Grudgeta to kill Reese to make other Dino Charge Rangers resentful. His Emoneytion Ninja Techniques are the Scatter Shuriken,Shadow Clone,and Shadow Seal.Though defeated by Red Cretaceous Warrior, Shinobinba is enlarged before being destroyed by Dino Burst Megazord.
